It’s still early with a lot yet to be determined but the Three Rivers League has continued to produce a majority of the state’s top teams and talent. Numerous individuals referenced below are underclassmen, but project as potential D1 level athletes (FBS/FCS). Have a look at who they are and what they bring to the table.   [player_tooltip player_id="147247" first="Earl" last="Ingle"] LB 23’ West Linn- Unanimous 1st team all-league LB as a Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id="110180" first="Mark" last="Hamper"] LB 23’ West Linn- Football family. One of the state’s top two-way threats [player_tooltip player_id="152337" first="Wiley" last="Donnerberg"] OLB 24’ West Linn- Major D1 recruit who will be a POY favorite in the years to come [player_tooltip player_id="152336" first="Gus" last="Donnerberg"] ATH 24’ West Linn- Similar to his brother. Will have multiple options at the D1 level [player_tooltip player_id="152345" first="Gabe" last="Howard"] WR 24’ West Linn- Oregon Baseball Commit [player_tooltip player_id="152361" first="Ryan" last="Vandenbrink"] RB 24’ West Linn- Oregon St Baseball Commit [player_tooltip player_id="152344" first="Hunter" last="Haines"] ATH 24’ West Linn- Brother of Oregon 6A POY [player_tooltip player_id="28717" first="Gavin" last="Haines"] [player_tooltip player_id="28846" first="Cole" last="Prusia"] WR 22’ Tualatin- De-Committed from Oregon St. Oregon Gatorade POY as a Junior. [player_tooltip player_id="28854" first="Jackson" last="Jones"] QB 22’ Tualatin- Returning 1st team all-league QB. Phenomenal arm. D1 kid at some level [player_tooltip player_id="108147" first="Kellen" last="Hale"] LB/TE 22’ Tualatin- 1st team all-league LB. As of right now maybe the next up to receive a D1 offer. [player_tooltip player_id="28857" first="Jackson" last="Biedritzky"] DE 22’ Tualatin- Football family. Really like the size and overall athleticism. [player_tooltip player_id="28843" first="Malik" last="Ross"] ATH 22’ Tualatin- Talented basketball player. If he pursues football, he can play on either side collegiately. [player_tooltip player_id="147240" first="Richie" last="Anderson"] DE 23’ Tualatin- One of the fastest rising prospects in Oregon. Unquestioned D1 kid. [player_tooltip player_id="110178" first="Jack" last="Wagner"] QB 23’ Tualatin- Hasn’t gotten a chance at QB because of Jones, but he is legit. [player_tooltip player_id="152339" first="Jayden" last="Fortier"] WR 24’ Tualatin- If he can stay healthy and continue to progress, he will be offered by everybody. [player_tooltip player_id="152338" first="Kenen" last="Elder"] ATH 24’ Tualatin- Maybe the fastest rising 2024 in the state. Right there with Fortier [player_tooltip player_id="152355" first="AJ" last="Noland"] ATH 24’ Tualatin- Brother is in the Ducks secondary. Outstanding overall athleticism. [player_tooltip player_id="28858" first="Dylan" last="Layne"] Safety 22’ Lake O- Offered by E. Washington a few weeks back. Potential all conference Big Sky guy. [player_tooltip player_id="28882" first="Gabe" last="Olvera"] RB 22’ Lake O- Some question the size, but talent is there. Leading Oregon 6A POY candidate. [player_tooltip player_id="28864" first="Zac" last="Waible"] LB 22’ Lakeridge- Big fan of this kid. Good size and speed. A lot will depend on Senior year film. [player_tooltip player_id="152332" first="Ethan" last="Biondine"] LB 24’ Lakeridge- Started as a freshman, coming from the prestigious St. Louis program in Hawaii [player_tooltip player_id="147254" first="AJ" last="Perez"] WR 23’ Tigard- Not a lot of people know about Perez yet but they will. Started as a Sophomore.
