Antonio Grant Antonio Grant 6'0" | 165 lbs | DB Wabash | 2023 State IN – Wabash – WR/FS – 6’0″ 165 lbs
Grant is a player who plays both ways and excels. He’s the leading WR for Wabash. They use him all over the field and he thrives in the slot. Grant is shifty and makes guys miss with ease. On defense, he has great closing speed and can cover a bunch of ground in a flash. He’s spent his summer working on footwork and trying to get stronger. He’s not able to squat 265 lbs according to his most recent HUDL update. Grant has been catching the eyes of some local coaches and with a big year, he could land himself some offers. He’s only heading into his junior year.
Ty Mead Ty Mead 6'2" | 260 lbs | OL Avon | 2023 State IN – Avon – G – 6’2″ 260 lbs
Mead is a very good interior offensive lineman prospect. He has the size you want and has very light feet for someone his size. He’s able to make holes in the running game and help the quarterback stay upright in the passing game. He’s not the strongest player and he could strengthen his upper body. He’s climbing up recruiting boards and started to make a name for himself during some 7 on 7 camps this summer.
Tyler Dollar Tyler Dollar 5'10" | 180 lbs | RB Lapel | 2023 State IN – Lapel – RB/SS – 5’10″ 160 lbs
Dollar plays both ways for Lapel and will make plays on both ends. He will line up in the backfield and make some big plays. He’s able to see the lanes and hit them full speed. He won’t break many tackles but he will make guys miss. On defense, he’s best in coverage and able to pick balls off with ease. He’s pretty light and he could put some weight on. He’s a decent natural athlete, but the weight room could be his friend. With a good year, he could land himself some decent offers heading into his senior year next year.
Austin Vance Austin Vance 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Rushville | 2023 State IN – Rushville – QB – 6’4″ 190 lbs
Vance is the leader for Rushville heading into the season. He’s very long and has no issue standing over the line with ease. He’s able to see the field and make all the reads he needs to. He delivers the ball with some heat. He doesn’t have the best touch, but he’s able to throw the ball a mile. Vance has spent his summer working on 7 on 7 camps and impressing coaches. His poise in the pocket is what stands out. When we get some tape, Vance could easily skyrocket up boards this fall and land a handful of offers.
James Rusher James Rusher 6'2" | 220 lbs | LB Concordia | 2023 State IN – Concordia – OLB – 5’11″ 185 lbs
Rusher plays on the outside and loves to blitz the passer. He’s best off the edge and can use his body to wiggle past offensive linemen. He’s able to drop back into coverage and make plays there when he needs to. He trusts his eyes and follows the ball and makes plays. He’s not the best athlete on the field but he’s arguably the player who plays the hardest on the field. He will get his hands up when rushing the passer if he doesn’t get home. With a good year, he will land a handful of offers. He’s raw, but he could develop into a really good player.
