Commitments
Jack Velling Jack Velling 6'5" | 225 lbs | TE Seattle Prep | 2022 State WA , TE, Seattle Prep ’22- Oregon State
The standout Seattle Prep TE announced his commitment to Oregon State this week, as the Beavers add a complete and polished TE to their 2022 commitment list. Velling chose Oregon State after visiting Michigan and Utah, and held other offers from Air Force, Arizona State, Minnesota, Fresno State, Yale, and Nevada.
Keith Olson Keith Olson 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Napavine | 2022 State WA , OL, Napavine ’22- USC
Olson will head to Los Angeles as he announced his commitment to USC over offers from Utah, Oregon State, California, Boise State and San Diego State. The 6’6″ 290lb offensive lineman sizes up with a tremendous frame and length and possesses numerous intangibles to develop into a multi-year starter at USC. Excellent flexibility and mobility in a pass set with a strong anchor, and finishes blocks to the whistle with solid power and leverage in the run game.
Offers
Jayden Wayne Jayden Wayne 6'5" | 240 lbs | DL Lincoln | 2023 FL , DL, Lincoln ’23
Wayne recently picked up a big offer from Oklahoma and another from Vanderbilt on July 6th, which comes to no surprise as he is one of the most highly touted prospects in the west coast and a major national prospect, as this brings his total to 31 offers now. Although it has been repetitively stated, Wayne holds all the intangibles and checks all the boxes as a multi-year P5 starter.
Kaz Melzer Kaz Melzer 6'4" | 235 lbs | DL Gonzaga Prep | 2022 State WA , DL, Gonzaga Prep ’22
Melzer heated up his recruitment recently as he picked up any Ivy League offer from Brown and an FCS offer from Idaho State. Melzer comes in with a tremendous frame at 6’4″ 240lbs and is only scratching the surface of his potential. These two recent offers bring his total to 6, as he still awaits his first official P5 offer.
Austin Harnetiaux Austin Harnetiaux 6'3" | 220 lbs | LB Seattle Prep | 2022 State WA , LB, Seattle Prep ’22
Harnetiaux recently landed his first D1 (FCS) offer from Eastern Washington. He sizes up with a nice frame and build at 6’3″ 225lbs and possesses solid range at LB with the ability to make plays sideline to sideline. He is physical in all aspects of the game and possesses a high football IQ with tremendous potential.
Trent Nobach Trent Nobach 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Arlington | 2022 State WA , QB, Arlington ’22
The Arlington QB saw a DIII offer roll in from St. Norbert, as he’ll look to rise his stock more throughout the season. He’s a very underrated pocket passer as he’s shown the ability to finesse throws in over or between opponents. He shows an excellent pre-snap read and a high football IQ to identify coverages and will dice up defenses with his arm.
Eric Buck, LB, Sumner ’22
Buck picked up his first offer from the College of Idaho, as he projects to draw more NAIA and DIII attention relatively soon. He’s an instinctual linebacker that possesses a solid striking ability with strength at the POA. A definite key player for Sumner and a sleeper 2022 LB to get on your radar.
