As teams get set to report back for practice, we are going to be spending some time over these next few weeks, previewing some of the state’s top teams. Today, that journey begins with a look at the Snider Panthers. Snider will be hoping to bounce back, after being eliminated early in the state playoffs a season ago. Fortunately for the Panthers, they return stars on both sides of the ball, who could lead Snider deep in the playoffs this year. Today, we will take at three Snider stars, all of whom are ranked in the top ten in the state at their position in their classes.

Demon Moore Demon Moore 6'4" | 300 lbs | OL R Nelson Snider | 2022 State IN is ranked as the fifth-best offensive lineman in Class of 2022. Moore has the perfect size for a dominant offensive lineman. He has great height and length, which is critical for initiating contact, and taking control of the defensive lineman. He plays with a great base, making it much more difficult for opponents to move him. Snider is a team that likes to establish the run. So, Demon Moore Demon Moore 6'4" | 300 lbs | OL R Nelson Snider | 2022 State IN is going be crucial to the success of the Panther offense this fall.
Jackson McCullough Jackson McCullough 5'9" | 160 lbs | DB Snider | 2023 State IN , 5’9, 160 pounds, Defensive Back, Junior
Jackson McCullough Jackson McCullough 5'9" | 160 lbs | DB Snider | 2023 State IN enters this season as the number six ranked defensive back in the Class of 2023, and he is 34th overall in the Class. McCullough is excellent in both zone and man coverage. His ability to do well in both types of coverage is pivotal in the Summit Athletic Conference, which features several top-tier quarterbacks and recievers. McCullough plays the ball extremely well. He drives on the ball, and he breaks up passes, and comes up with crucial interceptions. McCullough has terrific speed. He is also a great special teams contributor, as he does well on punt coverage.

Domanick Moon Domanick Moon 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB R Nelson Snider | 2022 State IN is currently the top-ranked linebacker in the Class of 2022. Overall, Moon occupies the number 14 spot in the class. Domanick Moon Domanick Moon 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB R Nelson Snider | 2022 State IN is a very fast linebacker, who is everywhere on the field. He covers a ton of ground, going sideline-to-sideline. Moon is a great tackler. His form is outstanding, and he is always capable of making the tackle by himself. Moon is a very physical prospect, who is always around the ball. He has excellent coverage skills. When defending the run, Moon takes on- and frequently beats- the block. He gets very good penetration. Moon does a good job seeing the hole. Then, he puts his foot in the ground, drives through the opening and makes the play.
