Prep RedZone Arkansas Prospects having Huge Camps

Many Prep RedZone Arkansas prospects are making the most of being able to perform at team camps over the weekend. The big one is taking place at SMU. Numerous universities and coaches are in attendance to watch 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 prospects in action. Meanwhile, a number of camps and visits are taking place for prospects at other universities. We are going to highlight the players that have had good visits and impressive camps over the weekend. <strong>Sharmon Rester-Quarterback-El Dorado-2022</strong> At the SMU camp in Dallas over the weekend, Rester performed exactly how he has been performing in the state of Arkansas, extremely well. Rester ran a tremendous 40-yard dash time of 4.39 seconds. He ran one of the fastest times at the camp that had over 2,000 prospects in attendance. Rester was going to be a player to keep an eye before his performance at SMU over the weekend. The performance over the weekend just solidifies the fact that scouts are going to spend plenty of time evaluating the El Dorado Wildcats this season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="93533" first="Jordan" last="Mills"]-Quarterback-Hot Springs Lakeside-2022</strong> Mills has been tremendous in his workouts over the summer in Rogers. The fact that he performed well at the SMU camp should come as no surprise to fans and scouts. Mills displayed the accurate touch and was able to display just how strong his arm is over the weekend. In drills over the weekend, Mills showed that he has the footwork needed to play the quarterback position and I would expect a big season for the Lakeside Rams this season. Mills continues to impress, and the SMU camp helped put him on some more radars. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="99546" first="Nicholas" last="Soileau"]-Offensive Line-Fountain Lake-2022</strong> The big Fountain Lake offensive lineman has had an extremely busy weekend this weekend. Soileau has attended multiple camps and has put on a show at every one of them. Soileau started the weekend up at the University of Nebraska and did an excellent job in one-on-one blocking drills. He moved his feet well and showed that he has plenty of power to go with his impressive speed. From the camp at Nebraska, Soileau attended the Central Missouri football camp and continued to put in solid performances. Soileau is going to be an offensive lineman to watch this season, he has put in the work this season and should have a tremendous season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="75137" first="Jabrae" last="Shaw"]-Athlete-Watson Chapel-2023</strong> [player_tooltip player_id="75137" first="Jabrae" last="Shaw"] has had a busy few days as well. Shaw attended the University of Memphis camp and proceeded to absolutely light up the Memphis camp. Shaw had a chance to display that terrific speed and show the Memphis coaches just how versatile he is. He earned in a scholarship offer in the process from Memphis. The work ethic is strong with Shaw, and he is in Conway for the Central Arkansas camp on Sunday. Shaw is a player that is just going to rack up more offers over the next few months and he is a player to keep an eye out for, the potential with this young man is incredible. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="130323" first="Walker" last="Davis"]-Offensive Line/Defensive Line-Benton-2023</strong> Davis is a talented player that sees time on both sides of the ball for Benton. It should not come as a surprise that Benton’s [player_tooltip player_id="130323" first="Walker" last="Davis"] performed well at the Ole Miss camp over the weekend. Davis displayed excellent speed at Ole Miss being able to consistently beat the opposing offensive lineman he squared off against in drills. He is going to be a player to watch this season, Davis has the talent to be a nightmare for both opposing offensive and defensive lines.
