The first offer comes from Baylor after Austin had an impressive outing showcasing his arm and accuracy in front of Baylor’s coaching staff in Waco.
Blessed and very excited that after a great conversation with @CoachDaveAranda I have received my very first D1 offer from Baylor University!!🟢🟡 #sicem @CoachShawnBell @CoachGZimmerman @A_Pena4 @txqb @Perroni247 @MikeRoach247 @BUFootball pic.twitter.com/7oap8b4KMP

Austin a very highly rated and evaluated quarterback on our list really stood out to me and many others this offseason in 7-on-7 play. As you can read here we covered Austin back in March as one of the top QBs at the Dallas Pylon 7-on-7 tournament.

At nearly 6’4” Austin really passes the eye test and can really sling the ball out there on the field.
Watching him play, he showed a very good command of the field and an amazing ability to throw the ball deep down the middle of field and hit receivers in stride for touchdowns.
I really liked his technique, footwork arm strength and accuracy. This QB checks all the boxes and I think he will be one who ends up having 20-30 offers plus by the time he makes his commitment.
His second offer comes of the heels of another great camp in San Antonio for UTSA.
After a great camp today and conversation with @CoachTraylor I am blessed and excited to have received my second D1 offer from UTSA!🔵🟠 #BirdsUp @BarryLunneyJr @CoachWillStein @CoachGZimmerman @A_Pena4 @txqb @Perroni247 @samspiegs @HamiltonESPN @Andrew_Ivins pic.twitter.com/pR0TYLJbRU

Austin still has a very full schedule and will be traveling to different campuses and camps. I think he will be a name you will continue to hear more of and one that will rise to the top of a lot college recruiting boards.
Keep a watchful eye for this top QB in the class of 2023 this season. He should be a special player will put up a lot of yards through the air and points in the score board this season for Dripping Spring’s.
Had a great camp at Texas A&M! Thank you coach @CoachDickey1! Also thank you for the great tour and pictures! @GigEm247 @Perroni247 @R_Brauninger @Jason_Howell pic.twitter.com/q8qN5ZDFtH
