Continue ReadingWe have already ranked all of the top athletes in the 2022,20223 and 2024 classes. This month we will be taking a look at some of the top players to watch this season at every position and in each class. These are some athletes who really made their names known and earned their way onto our rankings. These are some prospects that could be some names you hear a lot of this coming up season. Here are some of the top senior quarterbacks to keep your eye on this coming up season.
Richard Torres Richard Torres 6'6" | 210 lbs | QB Southside | 2022 State TX | 6’6″ 210 lbs | QB | Southside
Richard is a strong-armed quarterback whose recruitment has taken off this year. The southside quarterback has impressed many college recruiters with his prototypical size at the quarterback position and his arm strength. This guy can really launch the deep ball and hit hits receivers in stride all while making it look effortlessly. His mechanics and footwork are good but could use some improvement. Any way you put it he is an elite quarterback and earned himself a spot on our top ten rankings.

BERT EMANUEL JR. | 6’2″ 170 lbs | QB Ridge Point
Bert is a dangerous dual-threat quarterback and I am impressed every time I see him on the field. He shows he can sometimes be the fastest and most athletic player on the field anytime he touches the ball. I love this QB and his ability to torch defenses through the air our ground. Should be special at the next level and possibly has draft potential in the future. Should be very exciting t watch this coming up season.
2022 QB @BertEmanuel3 has received a lot of attention. Deservedly so!! He’s a great athlete.
He was also voted a captain by his peers as a junior. He has unquestionable character, and great work ethic!! Someone is getting a dude when he commits!! #RecruitRP pic.twitter.com/vquw0qefWB

Tanner Murray Tanner Murray 6'3" | QB Langham Creek | 2022 State TX | 6’3″ | QB | Langham Creek
Another QBs whose recruitment has really taken off this year and offseason. Murray is a strong-armed QB who can make all of the throws.

BJ Higgins BJ Higgins 6'1" | QB Roosevelt | 2022 State TX | 6’1″ | QB | Roosevelt
Bj is really one who raised his stock for me this offseason in 7*on-7 play. Seeing him out there, he looked like an elite quarterback and took command of the field. I liked his arm strength. His pinpoint accuracy and ability to hut receivers perfectly in their breadbasket.
. @VELTFOOTBALL got somethin for ya in 2021.

DAVID HOPKINS JR. | 6’2″ 205 lbs | QB | Summit
David is another QB who really raised his tock for me this offseason. Which is why he made our rankings. Discovering this QB out there on the field I was amazed to see his recruitment hasn’t really taken off—yet. I think he has very raw talent and the intangibles are there. He doesn’t throw what some may call a perfect ball with that nice tight spiral on it, however, he can chuck the ball downfield and consistently find receivers in the endzone. You gotta love a quarterback who can find the end zone almost at will. David has been featured by our scouting director here at Prep Redzone Jacob Lemming highlighting him and his talents. Terrific FBS caliber QB.
Britton Moore Britton Moore 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB SA Reagan | 2022 State TX | 6’0″ 170 lbs | QB | SA Reagan
Britton is an electrifying player out there on the field. When I watched him play last season I was amazed to learn that this QB did not have 20-30 plus offers. He is one that can really score at will and beat defenses through the air with his terrific arm strength and accuracy or his legs. He shows lethal speed and the ability to make people miss in the open field. He’s a terrific runner and has a chance to take the football into the endzone anytime he touches it. Most definitely a QB to keep your eye on this coming up season. He may be a bit undersized but I would still have to say this is an FBS/FCS caliber of an athlete and quarterback.
