Before we know it, the Fall 2021 season will be upon us and some of these stars will be gearing up for huge Senior seasons and the current Seniors this season will be embarking on their new college careers.
Ian Jernagin Ian Jernagin 5'10" | 200 lbs | RB Garces Memorial | 2022 State CA , Garces Memorial HS
Jernagin is one of the top backs in the state within the 2022 class and did not disappoint this week erupting for a school record 350+ rushing yards and another multiple TD performance. He is one of the most explosive and physical backs across the region and has Power Five level abilities at the next level while boasting multiple FBS offers.
Nate Bell, Liberty-Brentwood HS
Bell is only a Sophomore and proved that he can play at the next level. Quick mobility out of the pocket and an effective enough to be a true dual-threat quarterback, he is one of the top Dual-Threat quarterbacks in the region in the ’23 class. On tape, he displays good field awareness and a quick release while having a strong run with the ability to push the ball into tight windows from various different body angles. In the final week, he helped elevate Liberty passed a very talented heritage team by throwing for 190+ yards and 2 touchdowns, while adding another 138 yards on the ground and 3 rushing touchdowns.
Mason Brosseau, Hanford HS
The Sacramento State signee is one of the most dominant defensive lineman in the Central Valley and has FBS talent at the next level. Displaying terrific natural strength and a strong initial punch while playing with good pad level and pass rush twitch/abilities, he is a steal for the Hornets and has the potential to be a dominant force for years to come in the Big Sky.
Carlos Mack Carlos Mack 6'2" | 185 lbs | DB Edison - Fresno | 2022 State CA , Edison HS
Mack is one of the top defensive backs across Northern/Central California and has ideal length, range and ball skills for the next level. In the second to last week of the season for Edison, he was a shut down corner while also displaying his abilities on the offensive side of the ball. He will be one of the best available and possibly under-recruited defensive backs across the region next Fall.
Devon Rivers, Heritage-Brentwood HS
Rivers has another impressive week against Liberty-Brentwood last Friday night. He rushed for over 250+ yards and had 142 of them in the first half. He recently pulled in his first offer from New Mexico and will look to add several more FBS offers as he enters into his Junior season.

Giovara is a longer receiver with good range and ball skills from the outside position. In week 6, he had 6 receptions for 118 yards and adding two touchdowns for Burlingame High School. he has D-III+ level abilities at the next level and can make an impact at the college level.
Brady Huchingson, Acalanes HS
Huchingson has been one of the most efficient passers Norcal has to offer through out this entire Spring season and did not disappoint in the final week. Passing for 220 yards through the air and tacking on another 2 touchdowns, he is one of the most under-recruited players in the entire Bay Area.
Dylan Smith Dylan Smith 6'6" | 280 lbs | OL Carlsbad | 2021 State CA , Vintage HS
Smith is the lead back on a bruising and violent Vintage squad that has had a terrific run game this entire season. Smith has a good combination of open field speed and power in-between the tackles while extremely hard to tackle and displaying strong contact balance and body control through traffic.
