Running Backs from 1A Region 2 to Keep an Eye in 2021

There are some very good prospects and several sleeper prospects that should all be getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.</span></em></strong></span></p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <p id="E15" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><strong><em><span id="E16" class="qowt-font1-Arial">Zay McDaniel- Wewahitchka c/o 24</span></em></strong></p> <p id="E17" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><strong><em><span id="E18" class="qowt-font1-Arial">5’9 165lbs</span></em></strong></p> <p id="E21" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><span id="E22" class="qowt-font1-Arial">McDaniel did exactly what I thought he would, he dominated the region and rushed for 1626 yards and 13 touchdowns as a 9th grader! He also had 31 tackles on defense. McDaniel shows good balance, has a great spin move, and cutback vision, and runs with surprising power, and bounces off tacklers. Last season he rushed for 1754 yards and 24 touchdowns averaging over 175 yards per game! He shows patience and vision, and has the speed to bounce runs to the numbers and take it to the house. Williams runs with good power and consistently runs through arm tackles. He’s also a very good linebacker Prospect, last season he </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">rushed for 456 yards and seven touchdowns and averaged over 6 yards per carry. I believe Patterson has the ability to be just as effective, last season as a freshman he rushed for 643 yards and 10 touchdowns and averaged over 7 yards per carry. Patterson has very good lateral agility and quickness, has good vision and does a good job stringing together moves, he possesses smooth acceleration and burst through the hole, but also shows the ability to drop his shoulder and run with power.
