There were three Kansas players who signed with two Missouri schools other than Northwest. Here is a look at those three players who plan to enjoy competition in the MIAA.
DB, Isaiah Maikori, 6’0”, 180, Andover (Central Missouri) – Maikori is a skilled athlete who has Division I speed. He will compete for a special teams role for the Mules and had been recruited to play defensive back. The Andover senior is expected to play in the 2021 Kansas Shrine Bowl and was named to All-State first team as a return man.
TE, Bo Reeves Bo Reeves 6'5" | 205 lbs | TE Rossville | 2021 State KS , 6’5”, 220, Rossville (Central Missouri) – Reeves could play any sport he wants to. He is a big target to throw to and he is a sold run-blocker. Reeves knows how to win and will be a leader in the locker room. Reeves is scheduled to play in the 2021 Kansas Shrine Bowl. If the WWE is Looking for another former football player to add to its roster, Reeves could be one of those guys when is playing days are done.
RB, Ma’rrell Fountain Ma’rrell Fountain 5'9" | 190 lbs | RB Olathe East | 2021 State KS , 5’9”, 190, Olathe East (Missouri Western) – The Griffon coaching staff crossed state lines to find a running back for their future. Fountain is a durable running back with soft hands. He should factor in both the running as well as the passing game. Fountain earned a spot on the All-State team and finished as the all-time leading rusher at Olathe East.
