– Running Back – Carl Albert
We start with a player on one of the more dominant teams in the state over the last few seasons. During the last two years, Carl Albert running back

. They’ve been a two-headed monster at running back for the Titans. However, in 2020, it was very clear that Bizzell was the marquee running back and took the majority of the carries and took his game to the next level. The jump he made from his sophomore year to junior season was quite impressive to watch. Bizzell is certainly a power back that has unpredictable speed. You look at Bizzell’s big frame and when he’s running between the tackles, you might not expect that breakaway speed in the open field. But we have two years of film that says he can run over you and run by you.

– Defensive Back – Booker T Washington
We’ve written about this on a number of occasions but we’ll ask the question anyway. Is there another school in Oklahoma that does a better job of producing elite defensive backs other than Booker T Washington? The latest example of that is

– Defensive Tackle – Owasso
One thing is for sure as we start looking ahead to the 2021 season, Owasso’s defensive line is going to be a nasty unit to deal with. In addition to 2022 standout

along the defensive line. That will open things up for Jamerson as McClellan will get more attention. Jamerson is one of the more dominant interior defensive lineman prospects in the state, regardless of class. Similar to just about every other prospect on this list, it is only a matter of time before Jamerson earns his opportunity. Owasso has a ton of prospects that will get attention and Jamerson can cash in off that. Jamerson had a breakout season as a sophomore and only continued his rise as a junior standout.

experienced a breakout season as a junior. The Bomber defense was outstanding in 2020 and Edwards was a big reason behind that. The Bombers had a few breakout stars from their semifinal run in 2020 but Edwards was certainly the guy on defense with over ten sacks on the season. Edwards is a very physical linebacker that has the size to be moved around to a variety of positions. He was without a doubt at his best when he was closer to the line of scrimmage and getting after the quarterback and helping in run defense. We mentioned his size and ability to move around, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to see a college look at Edwards and see a defensive end at the next level to get after the QB.

– Offensive Lineman – Union
It’s been well documented on this website how Union finished the 2020 season and what led to their turnaround from the 0-4 start. It was behind a very strong running game. Leading that running game and opening the holes for that running game was left tackle

. Union featured a three-headed monster at running back and Thomas and the Union offensive line absolutely dominated opponents, opening things up for Union’s stable of running backs. Thomas has marquee size from a tackle prospect, he uses his hands very well and he has quick feet when you consider his size. Thomas is a prospect on the rise and should be on a short list when it comes to offensive tackles coming out of this Oklahoma class. It’s only a matter of time before colleges start taking notice.
