Recruiting has now become so specialized that any and every “stone” is fair game when you happen to be recruiting against some of the elite schools in the nation.
No matter what class the athlete may be in – this is time of year that they will be looking for publicity and exposure.
With the season finished throughout the country, it is now officially the off-season, and with this pandemic still gripping many of us, the camps, combines and 7-on-7 events will still happen in many places, but you can almost guarantee that they will all be watched closely until the vaccine becomes available for all.
The one thing we do during the off-season, is provide information on players and teams that we see LIVE. This Covid-controlled season, we still managed to get in 75 different games – with as many as seven doubleheaders – ensuring that we will see those prospects that fans are asking questions about. It has always been that way.
While we will run our list for the top players in the classes, there are so many athletes that people just do not see – and from our camp, combine and 7-on-7 visits, we will be able to uncover athletes that many have never heard about.
Also, there are current seniors who didn’t get the looks they deserved – and obviously – the pandemic had everything to do with it.
We hope you enjoy our coverage of all Florida high school football year-round.

THE SCOOP: Last July, when Clemson offered this young, the then sophomore, heading toward his junior year, was new to fans across the state – and throughout the country. That is not the case anymore.
Fast forward some seven months, and that offer sheet doesn’t just include Clemson, but also programs such as Arizona State, Auburn, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, LSU, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, USC, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Washington and Ohio State, which he committed to earlier this month.
As many have found out, Singletary is indeed a rare combination of size, length, speed, athleticism and ball skills. That’s why he is regarded as one of the top cornerbacks in the country.
Coaches covet his skill set and ability as a lockdown cover corner, who has a 74-inch wingspan. Singletary has the frame to easily add 15 or 20 more pounds.
