QB: Teddy Gouldin Teddy Gouldin 6'2" | QB Bernards | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Bernards
Gouldin was the top quarterback in Group 2 because of his dynamic play and ability to take care of the ball. He finished the season with just one turnover for a successful Bernards’ team. He added 14 touchdowns and 1,172 yards through the air.
RB: Frank Riggio Frank Riggio 5'8" | RB Verona | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Verona
Riggio was a workhorse for Verona during his final season. He scored two or more touchdowns three times, including a 146-yard, three touchdown performance against Weequahic.
RB: Zach Palmer-Smith (2022) | Delran
Palmer-Smith was the biggest threat in the group this season. In just four games, the junior totaled 828 yards and 13 touchdowns. In Week 2, Palmer-Smith rushed 23 times for 304 yards and four touchdowns. He followed that up with 206 yards and four more scores on 14 carries in Week 3. Everyone should be excited to see what is in store for his final season.
WR: Alijah Clark Alijah Clark 6'2" | DB Camden | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Camden
Clark is a four-star cornerback on his way to Rutgers but he was a standout on the offensive side of the ball as well. Clark finished with 357 yards and four scores to lead Camden’s offense on the outside.
WR: Corey Palmer (2021) | Camden
As good as Clark was, Palmer was right there with him. Camden had weapon after weapon all over the field this season. Palmer finished with a team-high 458 yards and three touchdowns as a senior.
OL: Jahni Haley (2021) | Camden
Haley showed the size and strength to protect his quarterback along with the speed to keep up with Camden’s offense. He is an impressive prospect and showed that this season.
OL: Justin Palumbo (2021) | Lenape Valley
Palumbo was an anchor for Lenape Valley this season. He possessed great footwork and technique when dealing with pass rushers.
OL: Manting Kamara (2022) | Newark Central
Kamara has a chance to blossom into one of the biggest names during his final season. It is hard to ignore the big man along the line when watching Newark Central.
OL: TJ Stokes (2021) | Barnegat
Stokes led a strong rushing attack for Barnegat and he did it along the offensive line. He was able to create holes on most plays to give his backs some running room.
OL: Jayden Harper (2022) | South River
Harper is another big name prospect with one more year to build his profile. He is already a quick lineman with plenty of power but still has some room to grow, which is a scary thought.
UTIL: Blake Creamer (2021) | Ramsey
Creamer was the ultimate utility player for Ramsey. He had the ability to throw the ball and was dynamic in the open field as well.
UTIL: JoJo Bermudez JoJo Bermudez 5'10" | WR Cedar Creek | 2022 State NJ (2022) | Cedar Creek

K: Steven Lopez (2021) | Bernards
Lopez had plenty of chances to kick with the way Bernards’ offense scored. He took advantage going 39-41 on extra points and 3-4, with a long of 34, on field goal tries.
