Every recruiting class has a number of prospects that go under the radar every year. The 2021 class is no exception to this rule. With the 2021 signing period getting ready to wind down over the next few months, I will put out an article examining some of the recruits that are still flying under the radar.

It is hard to believe that one of the finalists for 5-A offensive player of the year has slipped under the radar but that is exactly what has happened. White racked up 1,285 yards receiving and 18 touchdown this season. White’s route running is precise, and he creates separation through his route running. White has the height at 6-3 to cause problems for opposing cornerbacks. He has played in a system at Pulaski Academy where he was used effectively as a wide receiver and as a blocker for his teammates. White is a solid player scouts should be looking at before the signing period comes to an end for the 2021 class.

The Greenland Pirates had an impressive 2020 season and one of the players that helped make the offense run efficiently was running back Jett Dennis Jett Dennis 5'9" | 160 lbs | RB Greenland | 2021 State AR . Dennis has impressive speed, and he is a very instinctive ball carrier. He is one of those running backs that always chooses the correct rushing lane. Dennis will allow his blockers to clear the path before he makes a decision on which rushing lane to take. The statistics tell a good story on Dennis, he rushed for 2,207 yards and 22 touchdowns this season. He is another player that up to now has flown under the radar,
Jordan Owens Jordan Owens 6'2" | 210 lbs | LB North Little Rock | 2021 State AR -Quarterback/Linebacker-McGehee
One of the most versatile prospects in the 2021 recruiting class is Jordan Owens Jordan Owens 6'2" | 210 lbs | LB North Little Rock | 2021 State AR . Owens worked at both the quarterback and the linebacker positions for the Owls this season. On the offensive side of the ball, Owens excels at prolonging the play and turning a small play into an explosive one. Jordan is dangerous scrambling out of the pocket, he can take off and run with the ball or throw over the top. From a defensive perspective he uses his height at 6-5 when rushing the passer well. He is an extremely disruptive player on the defensive side of the ball, Teams can use him from the linebacker position or the defensive end position. Owens has the potential to be a special player on Saturdays.

Dante Reed Dante Reed 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Malvern | 2021 State AR is a threat to score from anywhere on the field. The Malvern staff did a great job of lining him up all over the field. Reed displays excellent run after the catch ability and can turn a short gain into an explosive one in the blink of an eye. He does a good job looking the ball in and will not drop passes or get careless with the football. Reed is a player with good upside at the next level and he could do big things in the right system. The potential is there for the staff that offers Reed a scholarship.
