Our original and affiliate network PrepHoops.com does an excellent job of scouting, evaluating, and bringing exposure to basketball players of all different levels throughout the nation. That's particularly true in the great state of Wisconsin, where Evan Flood does a tremendous of bringing the most comprehensive basketball coverage of anyone to the Badger state. His state rankings are filled with talent and skill from all over Wisco, and amongst those standouts who are ranked there are many duel-sport athletes excelling on both the hardwood AND the gridiron. For this PrepRedzoneWI feature I decided to comb through the 2021 and 2022 rankings and picked out my 12 favorite football players/hoopers and reviewed their Fall 2020 football season if they had one, as well as how their basketball season is going so far this year. Thanks so much for reading, everyone!

13. [player_tooltip player_id="32783" first="Jayden" last="Jackson"] (Whitefish Bay) WR. 6’3. Committed to play basketball at Northern Arizona. Held football offers from Northern Illinois, Eastern Illinois, Illinois State, Western Illinois, and basketball offers from Northern Arizona, UMBC, Milwaukee. Dropped 27 points in a 67-45 victory over Hartford Union before Christmas. Whitefish Bay is currently 7-1 and Jackson is leading the team in PPG with 20.1. Also third on the team with 4.8 RPG and has 12 total steals.
18. [player_tooltip player_id="30735" first="Drew" last="Biber"] (Cedarburg) WR. 6’5, 210 lbs. Committed to play football at Purdue. Held football offers from Wyoming, Boise State, Miami (OH), Northern Iowa, Northern Illinois, South Dakota State offers and held basketball offers from IUPUI, Grand Valley State. Was an All-State selection in basketball last season. At the time of publishing Cedarburg is 8-1 and Biber is averaging 19.1 PPG, 11.4 RPG, and 3 total blocks. I'm really excited for his future as a Boilermaker, his ceiling is absurdly high.
80. [player_tooltip player_id="30839" first="Parker" last="Lawrence"] (Hortonville) WR/DB. 5’11, 175 lbs. Committed to play football and basketball at St. Norbert’s College. Lawrence is no doubt a steal for SNC, and the Green Knights landed a playmaker on both the gridiron and the hardwood. He passed 1,000 career points prior to Christmas as only the 5th Hortonville player to ever achieve the feat, and is averaging an absurd 27.2 PPG to go along with almost 5 rebounds and 3 steals a game. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he broke the record books in college as well.
89. [player_tooltip player_id="30729" first="Marcus" last="Mbow"] (Wauwatosa East) OL. 6’5, 300 lbs. Committed to play football at Purdue. Man, this kid is an athlete. Watching the massive OT run the floor with the ball and finish at the basket like a much smaller player is something to see. Mbow has had a crazy recruitment process in football and after having his scholarship dropped his ended up signing with Purdue and will join fellow two-sport standout Biber at Purdue. Before that occurs however, Mbow has helped lead Tosa East to an 8-0 record and is averaging 7.3 PPG, 6.2 RPG, and 3 total blocks. He's also got a very high ceiling.

93. [player_tooltip player_id="31013" first="Marko" last="Rajkovic"] (Franklin) TE. 6’5, 220 lbs. Earned an All-Region nod and Conference TE/FB of the year in 2020 on the gridiron. He's seen his recruitment blow up since the Fall season has ended and has earned offers from Bemidji State, a PWO from Robert Morris, and a D1 roster spot from Valparaiso. On the hardwood he dropped 21 points and the two game winning FTs in a double OT victory against Oak Creek before Christmas. The Sabers are currently sitting at 5-1 and Rajkovic is averaging 11.5 PPG and 9 RPG. He's caught the eye of both Flood and Fresh Coast Hoops this basketball season.
96. [player_tooltip player_id="30724" first="JP" last="Benzschawel"] (Grafton) OL. 6’7, 260 lbs. Committed to Wisconsin to play football. Ranked as the #1 recruit in Wisconsin. Has had two brothers come through the Wisconsin Badgers football program, including an All-American OL Beau. At this moment Grafton is sitting on a 4-2 record. He's averaging 7.3 PPG and 5 rebounds a game.
126. [player_tooltip player_id="30981" first="Liam" last="Stumpf"] (Mineral Point) QB. 6’2. Committed to Missouri State to play baseball. Really outstanding three-sport athlete who excels at football, basketball, and baseball and helped lead Mineral Point to an undefeated regular season and a 6-1 overall record. In basketball he is averaging 11.2 PPG, a team high 7.8 RPG, 4.6 APG, and 1.2 steals a game for a MP 5-1 record.
136. [player_tooltip player_id="30751" first="Caden" last="Nelson"] (Waunakee) QB. 6’4. One of the top uncommitted 2021s left in the state of Wisconsin, Nelson did not get to compete in football this Fall and has yet to compete in basketball this Winter. Tough couple breaks for the Warriors.
2022s
25. [player_tooltip player_id="31208" first="Andrew" last="Keller"] (Waunakee) TE. 6’6, 210 lbs. Has received recruiting graphics from Purdue, North Dakota State, Northern Illinois, South Dakota, Iowa State, North Dakota, Eastern Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota. Hasn't played any football or basketball yet this year.
33. [player_tooltip player_id="31249" first="Owen" last="Pawlikowski"] (Kimberly) WR. 6’3, 185 lbs. Has received a football recruiting graphic from Central Michigan and is a relentless and nonstop force on the hardcourt when he's hooping and has seen his stock rise considerably since this Summer. He's a long and athletic WR prospect who has helped the Kimberly Papermakers to a 7-2 record so far in basketball and is averaging 10.6 PPG, 3.7 RPG, 1.8 APG, and 2.5 steals a game.
50. Parker Prahl (Iola-Scandinavia) QB. 6’4. Led the Thunderbirds to an 8-1 record with their lone defeat coming to Edgar. They averaged 43 points per game this fall for one of the most lethal offenses in the state and Prahl ran for 1,283 yards and 21 TDs with 629 passing yards and 6 TDs though the air. So far this Winter Iola-Scandinavia holds a record of 4-1 and Prahl is leading the team with 16.5 PPG and 9 RPG with 3 assists per game to boot. He's a really tremendous athlete.
73. Nolan Hawk (DeForest) WR/TE. 6’5, 215 lbs. Received some recruiting graphics from NDSU. It doesn't look like DeForest has played a basketball game yet this season.
