RB- Jack Morsching had a very physical game in the run, hit his gaps very hard and finished the run. Was also a good target out of the backfield catching a late TD.
RB- Ryder Thissen was a good complimentary back, I would say a change of pace back but watching film I couldn’t even tell that it was a different back. A lot of similar attributes to Morsching, which is great for the offense, knowing they’ll get the same output no matter who is getting touches.
DL- Ethan Rider was flying all over the field making tackles, read his keys well and put himself in position to make a play, and above all, made the play!
DL- Cody Gartner, no matter what side the offense ran to, they ran into a brick wall, exactly how Gartner looked sticking the backs at the line of scrimmage.
DB- Austin Westphal Austin Westphal WR JWP | 2022 State MN played well in pass coverage, though not much throwing, he stuck to his receiver making difficult to complete passes. Showed some physicality with a punt return for a big gain and some form tackling.
WEM (I struggled reading jerseys so if I mess up, I already apologize.)
WR/DB- Jobe Fritz was great containing the perimeter and making tackles.
OL/DL- Damon Tolzmann had a good game drive blocking offensively and getting in the backfield while on defense.
JCC
FB/DL- Will Freking had a good game running the ball up the middle with physicality and bursts of speed. Defensively plugged the gaps and made it difficult to run through.
RB/DB- Elijah Meium-Bratrud was good in the open field with good vision and agility, not scared of contact either. Also good in pass coverage and in run-support.
WR/DB- Damian Meyer-Andre ran the ball well out of the backfield and was a good target to throw at, played well in coverage as well.
QB/LB- Levi Lindley ran the offense pretty well deciding when to run and when to throw, made some big key throws too.
PAS
WR/DB- Maddox Biever had a good game rushing and catching, made plays with his agility in open space.
RB/LB- Joe Kooiman ran the ball hard, breaking many tackles, and had his hand in on a lot of tackles on defense.
OL- Adam Femrite had a good game leading the O-line up the middle.
LB- Cole Paulson reads his keys well and filled his gap quick, made a lot of tackles in his area and across the field as well.
