These players share the spotlight with other players in the area that are higher recruited, but these players in their own right are high-level college prospects and are having a great seasons this year. Every one of these players is severely under-recruited. At Prep Redzone Florida, our mission is to get players like this promoted and seen!
Nick Bartolo LB- Gaither
6’1 220lbs
Bartalo has been one of the best linebackers in the Bay Area this year. He finished the regular season with 51 tackles, six sacks and one interception. He’s got prototypical LB size at 6’1 220 lb, physical tackler with a strong upper body. He’s quick diagnosing plays, extremely aggressive, has the athleticism and can run and hit. Nick doesn’t take plays off and plays with a lot of emotion and passion.

Tucker Tomberlin QB- Episcopal School of Jacksonville
6’2 197lbs
Tomberlin has had a fantastic year leading Episcopal to a 5-2 record and one of the favorites in the 3A Region state playoffs. He’s passed for 1217 yards and 13 touchdowns. He does a very good job on timing routes to the numbers/flats, he shows good arm strength and ball placement. In my opinion Tomberlin’s one of the best senior quarterback prospects in Florida and for some reason is being severely under-recruited. He’s currently committed to Stetson University.

Jonathan Fairbank- JW Mitchell
6’0 184lbs
Fairbank is one of the best all-around football players in Pasco County and in the Tampa Bay area as a whole . He is a two-way starter for undefeated JW Mitchell. He’s an outstanding safety, but as a running back he runs with good power and outstanding balance, hits the hole quickly with acceleration and speed, has good hands and could be a three-down back if needed. On offense he has 22 catches for 374 yards, 85 rushing yards and 9 total touchdowns. On defense is registered 44 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and one interception. He’s a tremendous football player that is being severely under recruited for some reason.

Noah Kent- Cambridge Christian
6’1 220lbs
I got to watch Kent play live against a team full of D1 players and he was really good. His instincts are incredible and he diagnosis plays extremely fast. No wasted steps and isn’t caught out of position by fakes and misdirection, plays the ball carrier, and plays from inside-out. Has a good ability to drop into coverage trust his eyes and make plays on the ball, also is an outstanding open-field tackler. On the season he’s had 69 tackles, one sack, and 2 caused fumbles, and 6 tackles for loss. Surprisingly he doesn’t have a single offer, I watched him play against higher recruited players and he was one of the best players on the field. He’s got terrific size and athleticism. Whatever team gets him is going to get a steal.
