Matt Yascko (2023) | Edison
The quarterback from Edison stole the show in this one with his big arm and ability to scramble in the pocket. Yascko led the final drive, throwing for 52 yards, as Edison was able to win. He finished with 191 yards and a touchdown in the victory.
Malcolm Stansbury (2023) | Edison
Yascko’s favorite target all night long was fellow sophomore Stansbury. He finished with four catches for 84 yards and a touchdown. Stansbury is a big receiver with speed in the open field and extremely reliable hands.
Austin Groce (2021) | Summit
Groce was a two-way star for Summit in this one. He carried the ball 24 times in this fast-paced rushing attack for the Hilltoppers. He totaled 98 yards and a touchdown offensively while making seven tackles.
Daniel Maurath (2021) | Edison
It was a career game for Maurath in this one. The defensive back was all over the field. He was a complete ball hawk making 12 tackles and recovering three fumbles. He was the clear leader of the defense.
Conor St. Amant (2021) | Summit
Summit did not throw the ball much but when they did, it was in the direction of St. Amant. The senior receiver broke free for a 45-yard touchdown in this one. This was one of four catches for 85 yards and a score.
Qwentin Rose Qwentin Rose 5'7" | RB Dunellen | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Edison
When Edison needed a big play on third-and-one from Summit’s 32-yard line on the final drive, Rose came up with it. He broke off a 31-yard run to set his team up in position to score. Rose would score one of his two touchdowns on the very next play.
