2021 QB Joe Kerbacher – Northampton
Kerbacher is an exciting dual-threat quarterback prospect who didn’t make our initial state rankings but is definitely someone to keep an eye on in 2020. He has the legs to extend passing plays to allow his wide receivers to get open but also has the speed to take off at any moment and hurt opposing defenses on the ground. While not the biggest kid, he doesn’t shy away from contact either but does a good job overall of avoiding contact thanks to his athleticism. Overall, he has a quality arm with good arm strength and shows off at times some terrific touch, he’ll need to improve the consistency of his touch but overall shows great potential. He’s mostly been receiving interest from Division II and Division III programs.
2021 FB/LB Tamir Jackson – Easton
Jackson is a heck of an athlete at 5-foot-9 and 215-pounds, last season Jackson earned All-Conference honors as a linebacker and earned All-6A honors as a fullback as selected by coaches. The biggest knock against Jackson of course will be his height at just 5-foot-9 but he certainly is a player who plays bigger than he actually is. He doesn’t have great speed but he has enough speed to make an impact on both sides of the ball. On defense, he’s a player with a good sense of the ball and always finds himself around the ball while on offense, he’s a great blocker but can also get it done with the ball in hands thanks to some quick feet and not being afraid to lower his shoulder.
2021 RB Isiah Rico Isiah Rico 5'8" | 195 lbs | RB Parkland | 2021 PA – Parkland
Rico is the first player in our rankings to show up on this last as he’s ranked as our 282nd best prospect in the state. The Parkland running back put together a tremendous 2019 season for the Trojans, rushing for 1,645-yards and 19 touchdowns over the course of 260 carries. Rico is a quality speed threat and has good vision to pair along with his abilities to run it both between the tackles and to the outside. The 5-foot-9, 200-pound tailback is currently receiving interest from multiple FCS programs including Brown, Lehigh, and Penn.
