Summer camps around Southern California have either began or will begin in early July. While it is unclear when the 2020 football season will begin due to COVID-19 restrictions, here are the top 10 overall players in Southern California based on past performance, future projections and college interest.

Foreman is the number one recruit in the nation according to Rivals and the number three recruit in the nation on ESPN. The 6-foot-4, 265 pound end is strong enough to stop the run on the strong side and fast enough to generate a pass rush from either side. Foreman has 27 offers with LSU, Clemson and USC listed among the favorites to land the superstar.

The dual-threat quarterback had an astounding 6,084 yards (4,474 passing, 1,610 rushing) and 81 total touchdowns as a junior at Bishop’s High School last season. Now down the road at Helix High, Buchner is regarded by many as the top quarterback in the state. He had offers from Alabama and many Pac 12 schools before committing to Notre Dame.
