Friday morning, the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms would square off against the BOLD Warriors, a rematch from the 2018 Semifinals. Both teams were unbeaten and had versatile offenses.
Scoring Summary:
Gabe Hagen got the Blossoms on the board first with an 18-yard pick-six out of his defensive end position. After a 2-point conversion, they led 8-0. The Warriors would have show some brotherly love for their first score with QB Jordan Sagedahl finding WR Drew Sagedahl for a 7-yard score, cutting the Blossom lead to 8-7. Awesome Blossom QB Kaden Thomas threw a screen to RB Matthew Pryor, who would run 9 yards after for a touchdown. Thomas would follow the next drive by locating Hagen from 27 yards out for both their second scores. Sagedahl would answer back by tossing a shovel pass from 14 yards to WR Blake Plass for their next TD. Thomas and Hagen came right back, from 13 yards out Hagen made an ESPN Top 10 catch (Nov. 29, #4) over DB Gavin Vosika in tight coverage. WR Karson Vigeland got in on the action, catching a 10-yard slant from Thomas for the score. Pryor would cap the scoring for both teams with a 7 yard scamper to end the game at 41-15.

Quarterback- Kaden Thomas played a great game putting the ball in a place for his receivers to make plays.
Wide Receiver/Defensive End- Gabe Hagen ran great routes and accelerate really well after the catch, also played solid at his Defensive End position.
Wide Receiver/Defensive Back- Alex Baldwin was a good speed option out of the backfield, but could also make plays catching the ball.
Offensive/Defensive Lineman- Jarrett Larson had a great game putting pressure on the QB and making tackles for loss.
Players Highlighted from BOLD:
Wide Receiver/Defensive Back- Gavin Vosika played amazing in coverage against a much bigger receiver and was a good target for the QB.
Wide Receiver/Defensive Back- Jordan Sagedahl made some great catches in some tight coverage.
Offensive/Defensive Lineman- Andrew Sheehan did a great job locating the ball and making many tackles.
Wide Receiver/Defensive Back- Blake Plass was the target for the QB in this game, making plays in one-on-one coverage.
