After full slate of games in Week 1, Northstar Football News has released its updated team rankings for all seven classes of Minnesota high school football.
Eden Prairie, Owatonna, Winona, Pierz, Caledonia and Grand Meadow all remained the top teams in their respective classes. The average margin of victory for the six teams was 44.8 points in their season openers, led by Pierz's 69-0 win over Milaca.
BOLD takes over as the top-team in Class A after routing Paynesville. Preseason No. 1 Wabasso dropped a spot to No. 2 after narrowly defeating Lac qui Parle Valley 25-24, while Goodhue bumps down to third.
